There we go again! How funny it is that every single year you get to look at the past one and realise how quickly time went by! And yet it feels like so many things happened in the past 12 months. In my case, 2017 has been the first year of this very exciting adventure that is Zaza Marcelle! I have been dreaming for years of starting my own business, after working as a Patisserie Chef for others, gaining skills and confidence. I am quite proud of having finally made the jump, and what an exciting adventure it has been so far! I have had the chance to meet amazing wedding suppliers and customers, I have had to push some of my limits, to realise that I could do more than I thought I could, and I am now entering my second year of trading as Zaza Marcelle full of hopes and dreams.
